InDesign is acting very weird

After the update, my InDesign is acting very weird, the whole app is in English and I want it in Dutch, and my keyboard isn't working properly. I can type, but I can't use backspace or Enter, and the delete key doesn't always work either. The previous version was 100 times better.

Thanks for letting us know, and I’m really sorry the update has caused this disruption. Could you please share which version of InDesign and macOS or Windows you’re running? It would also help to confirm whether the keyboard behaves normally in other Adobe apps and in non-Adobe apps as well.

Please also try switching the app language back to Dutch in the Creative Cloud desktop app by going to the profile icon in the top right, choosing Preferences, and changing the default install language to Dutch. After that, reinstall InDesign and restart your device to see if the keyboard keys start responding properly again.

 

If the issue persists, a quick screen recording of what happens when using Backspace or Enter will help me investigate further.
