InDesign is Exporting hidden image and it is affecting Accessibility check
I have a 2-page InDesign document (1 spread) with an image on p.1. When I export to PDF (print) and run the Accessibility check, I get the error "Alternate text - Other elements alternate text - Failed." When I click on that error, this is what the PDF shows (it's an extremely thin sliver of blue on the left):

And this is the view within InDesign (p.1 is left and p.2 is right). I have double-checked and none of the image / graphic elements are extending onto p.2:

Is there any way to fix this?
