Indesign issue HELP!

WHen I open InDesign it says we can't verify your subscription status, and I am signed in!

I work from home, and have deadlines and half my day (twice this week) has been trying to resolive this issue. 

Help please.

1. Log out from the Creative Cloud app

2. Close all Adobe tasks and processes from Task Manager (Win) & Activity Monitor (Mac).

3. Delete all Adobe Credentials from Credentials Manager (WIN) & Keychain Access (MAC).

4. Locate folder "OOBE" in the User directory>App Data>Local>Adobe and clear its contents(Windows).

5. Locate the same folder in the User library by typing "~/Library" in finder\go to window >Application Support>Adobe>OOBE and clear its contents (MAC OS).

Check https://account.adobe.com/activated-devices and check, if your computer is activated.

if you have an enterprise, teams or education license, contact your administrator and do NOT perform anything below.

if that fails, proceed to these steps - https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/resolve-trial-and-license-expired-errors.html

 

if that fails, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/adobe-license-issues-keychain-credential-mgr.html
