Indesign keep crashing when open

Hi, I have faced some difficulties since last year that my Indesign 2024 keep crashing while using it. It got the blue circle signal and just disappeared in a few seconds. When checked in task manager, it doesnt show in the "Processes" tab but appear at "Details" tab. The indesign 2024 beta version has the same issue.
