InDesign Keep Options Causing Entire Paragraphs to Shift to the Next Page

Hello, please look at this very short video that describes my problem.

    You would almost never select “All lines in paragraph” for normal flowing body text.

    “Keep with next [1] lines” should mainly reserved for headings so keep them with the following text.

    In the paragraphs on the right-hand page, the keep options are set to keep whole paragraphs together and to keep with the next paragraph. Moving the last line on the left-hand page to the right-hand page causes the last line of the last paragraph on the right-hand page to move to the following page, and it drags all the text along with it.

    Deselect the ‘All lines in paragraph’ option and it works fine.

    Thank you both of you for kindly helping me out, the suggestions worked. The document I am working with, the author wants spaces between the paragraphs, not indents. As a result, the book is getting too long and I was wondering if there’s any way of reducing the spacing between the paragraphs and still not losing the text alignment with the baseline.
