Indesign keeps on crashing randomly with "Network connection was lost" Error

Its has been reported from multiple users are experiensign sudden shut down of the app with error message of ""Network connection was lost". 

tried everything, the server works perfectly fine, backups or antivirus is not accessing the file or the backup.

Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear that you experience this. Could you please confirm the exact version of InDesign you are using? Also, please test whether this error appears when working on a file saved locally on your machine and not on a remote network drive. If the error only occurs with files on the shared network drive, then this strongly suggests a network communication discrepancy between your machine and the server.

Since you mentioned multiple users are experiencing this, it would be best to involve your network team so they can check the connectivity and stability between your systems and the network destination where the files are stored. Please have them diagnose the network path and update us with what they find.
