Indesign Keyboard not working after update

Hi
I just updated Indesign v 18.2.1 last night and not the keyboard isn´t working. Delete/Backspace, arrows up/down/sides are not working etc. What do I do to get them to work again? I´m am on a deadline, so please help me!

If your keyboard is a USB device it may be worth a try to simply unplug it and then plug it back into either your original USB port or another one. As simple as this sounds I've found that it can be a solution with a USB device.
