Indesign Keyboard Shortcuts Help

A coworker borrowed my computer and changed the Set keyboard shortcuts to Quark. Now every time I restart, it defaults back to the Quark settings. I have tried setting it to "default" when I have nothing open in Indesign, but it always switches back. What can I do to fix this?

    You may have to set it back as you've tried—with nothing open—then shut down InDesign and re-launch with the Preferences-reset keys (Ctrl+Alt+Shift / Cmd+Opt+Shift) pressed.
