InDesign Loading Issue

Hi Guys,

One of our staff members is having an issue with opening InDesign.

It goes into a loading stage and just remains there. All the other Adobe Apps seem to load ok.

We tried the following:

*Uninstalling and reinstalling.

*Using an older version of the program.

*Checked the cache memory within 'AppData'- 'Roaming' in 'File Explorer

*Upgraded the laptop from 8GB of RAM to 32GB.

The staff member is using a HP ProBook 450 G7- 250GB SSD, Running Windows 11 with a 64bit Processor.

If anyone could have any suggestions to fix the issue, we would really appreciate it.

Kind Regards,

Des

Try resetting your preferences:

Windows: Start InDesign, and then press Shift+Ctrl+Alt. Click Yes when asked if you want to delete preference files.
macOS: While pressing Shift+Option+Command+Control, start InDesign. Click Yes when asked if you want to delete preference files.
A dialog will appear asking to delete the InDesign Preferences, select 'Yes' on this dialog.

Reinstalling rarely fixes everything - you can do a complete reinstall using the
