Indesign locking up

I'm experiencing frequent lockups when editing in InDesign.  Whether that be moving text blocks or pics, editing text blocks, or copy and pasting items the program will lock up and become unresponsive for 10-30 seconds.  Then it may allow a few changes and then lock up again.
Tried the uninstall / reinstall
Ran the create cloud cleaner tool
Turning off antivirus (sophos)

Running Win 10 pro, updated to v1803 today to see if that would help.
