Indesign main window moving issues

Hi, Indesign document window doesn't allow me to move it using the main bar where the home button is etc. It takes 4 or 5 atempts. Any help please.

We need more information…
What version of InDesign?

What system (Mac or Windows) and what version of the OS are you running?

Do you have the Application Frame on (I believe this is a Mac only option)?
Are you using an external monitor?

We're having the same issue's in our studio running OS Monterey on late 2015 iMac's - it's a reletively recent issue (last 2-3 weeks) - we have application frames on, no external monitors currently.
