InDesign makes a small tick sound when scrolling

I have a MacBook pro (16 in, 2019) Catalina and I've been hearing a very small tick sound when I scroll on Indesign. It didn't happen before when I had a 2016 MacBook pro.. Pleease help me get rid of the sound!

Thanks for reaching out. Adobe InDesign has no sounds within the app but you may get notification sounds from system. You may manage those by going into System Preferences.
