Indesign missing magnetisms to markers

Hi,

since last update I can't find how to get the magnetism of markers to work again. I went into the menu to check if it was desactivated but no, it isn't. So what can I do to get them to work again ? because it's really not practical to not have the magnetism for the center of the page or objects or anything for example !
