INDESIGN - Move top Menu Bar

Hi - worked on Indesign and had my menu bar at right side of screen. Then something happened and now the Menu bar is at the top of screen and can't move it back to the right side. Have been through workspaces to change and can't find it.

I'm wondering if what you are saying is that what you were seeing before was the Properties panel on the right side which is part of the Essentials workspace and what you are seeing now is the older Control panel on the top which is part of the Essentials Classic workspace. If it is the case that your Essentials workspace (or any other one you may be using) has been altered then go under the Workspaces menu (with the current workspace active) and choose the Reset option offered there.
