Indesign Multiple Tables and Cell Styles

Hi  Indesign Community,

Ok, I  have two software manuals that I need to format that include at least 80+ pages of  excel tables each such as the below. I have set up table and cell styles along with my paragraph and character styles but I would  really like a way to be able to set the column and row height and width to stay the same....and some way to apply the formatting automatically across all of the tables...is this possible? I am so out of my depth ehre, I have never done tables in this enormity before and I have very little time to do it in! Thankyou
