InDesign not launching on new iMac running Sequoia 15.1

I'm unable to launch InDesign 2025 on new iMac running on Sequoia 15.1. I have to Force Quit it and Photoshop 2025. Illustrator, Bridge and Acrobat. It was running very slow on previous iMac but it did run.

Hi again. I was also having trouble with Extensis Connect Fonts. Their support people got back to me with a solution. That actually must have been the problem as ID and PS are now opening normally. Thanks for your help!

It happens if I try to launch the app directly and also when I try to open an ID file from Adobe Bridge or the Finder. The dock icon just keeps bouncing but ID never launches and I need to Force Quit.
 
The version is 20.0.1.
 
Also for Photoshop, I just installed an update this morning.

    I’m sorry to hear about the trouble with InDesign. Let’s try to resolve this.

    Could you share what exactly happens when you click on the InDesign icon? Does this occur when opening a file or launching the app itself? If possible, please share a screen recording demonstrating the issue-it’ll help us understand better.

    Could you also confirm:

    1. The version of InDesign you’re using (20.0 or 20.0.1).

     

    In the meantime, try launching InDesign in Safe Mode to check if the issue persists: https://adobe.ly/49KErfj.
