Indesign not starting as user

MacOS 11.7.5.

Indesign just offer me a huge error log when trying to start.

Couldn't update, Creative Cloud was stuck at 0% of an upgrade.

Removed with Adobe Cleaner tool, reinstalled and facked up again.

Removed with Adobe Cleaner tool another time, log with admin account and installed correctly.

I can now open Photoshop, Reader DC Pro, Illustrator...but not Indesign.

Uninstall and reinstall (as admin), Indesign open correctly in admin account.

Switch to normal user account and...the same error again.
