Cannot run 17.0.1 update on OS 10.14.6 Mojave? Cloud says not compatible. (?)

Currently using ID 16.4 and it has many performance problems. Hoping this update would help, but cloud says it's not compatible with my OS. (My OS says I'm up to date).

Hi there,

Sorry to hear about that. As @BobLevine said, InDesign 17.0.1 is not compatible with macOS Mojave, and you have mentioned that there is no macOS update available for your device. So it seems your Mac device is outdated and doesn't support macOS Catalina, Big Sur, or Monterey. However, you may share the screenshot of your "About This Mac" from the Apple menu, and we will be able to confirm it.
