Indesign one click photo application on two seperate pages with Master

Hi Community,

I'm very new to Indesign and wanted to ask if something was possible.

I'm using Indesign to create visual templates of customised workwear for companies,

One page showing the product and the logo applied as a mock up, the other page is a summary of details about the logos applied to the item.

At the end of the document I want to create an index of all the items that have been done,

My question is,

Is there a way that I can load in the photo of their workwear and have it load in to another image placeholder on the index page at the same time.

It would cut down having to copy and paste the same image in two seperate places.

Would a master page work somehow in transferring the image from the main body of the document to the index at the same time?
