InDesign Online Publishing - Thumbnail does not show

Tried with both options of selecting a page from the document and loading an external image - both of them does not work... Also tried resetting the preferences while starting InDesign using Ctrl+Shift+Alt (Windows 11)

I have the same problem as Rohint2606701717lj

Once upon a time the first page of the document I posted on Facebook would show up - now it doesn't.

I'm using 19.1 --- When people click on it all the links work and everything is there. But it makes for a blah post.

Did you look under Publish Online > Advanced...?

I have found the Publish Online to occasionally do unexpected things.

Did you try to export your publication to IDML, and re-open that IDML in order to "clean" it?

Yes - tried the options in the Advanced tab..

No - pretty new to InDesign... Did not try the IDML export.. Any guidance on this would be of great help
