Indesign opens and quits right away. Does anybody know how to solve this?

I solved it by uninstalling and reinstalling the app
Preference files were saved. So continuing work was easy.

Did it crash the last time it was successfully opened?

You need to provide us more information about your system: Please tell us what operating system (exactly) you're running. Please tell us (exactly) what InDesign version you're using. Have you made recent changes in your system?
