InDesign: Organize pages with labels?

Hi folks. I'm creating a master presentation, and it's getting huge. It'll be over 100 spreads before I'm done. The idea is that we can customize a smaller presentation for any audience. New potential clients might get pages based on their industry and what service they need or on when a project was completed. I'm wondering if there's a way to label or tag each page so that I can tell it to export ONLY pages marked "design" or "architecture" or "automotive" or "wall covering" or "2015", etc. I'd need to be able to put more than one label on each page, as some would fall into more categories... as in export only pages labeled "2016" and "design" and "health care". Please advise!

Thanks,

Rhonda

Hi,

One way can be to assign one color label to each page in the document.

Hi - thanks. But I'd need more than one label per slide, and I was hoping there was a way to not have to pick the slides out every single time. Something I could just mark, choose the labels, and export.
