Indesign Package Generation issue with latest development license 2026

Question

We are facing an issue where package generation is triggered successfully from the application UI. payload.json files are generated correctly on the Azure VM. However, PDFs are not generated. The system does not receive proper response from InDesign Server 21.1 after processing. PDF outputs are not generated. No clear error visible in event viewer logs. We are currently blocked since the upgrade. Any insights would be helpful

This could be an issue with your pipeline. To shortlist what is breaking first execute a jsx directly from the VM itself and see if the package is created and the PDF is created or not. If it is then the issue lies somewhere else. If the issue appears happens with this setup then it will be easier to share that information with Adobe for them to repro and fix it
