InDesign Packaging separate pdf folder

I packaged a project I'm working on in InDesign, and the pdf file was put in a folder inside of the packaged folder. I've never seen it do this before. Has anyone else experienced this? Not sure if it's a new feature or if I accidently changed a setting. I have added a screenshot of what it looks like.

Correct answer jmlevy

I think that it is because you have ticked this option in the PDF preset.

So, even if your InDesign file is a single page file, you'll get a folder with the different PDF files.

Thank you @jmlevy I checked the presets. It seems like the preset settings were changed. I'm not sure how because it was a new project, and I was packaging it for the first time. The preset said it was a custom one. I selected the regular high quality one and it seemed to fix the problem. Screenshot of what the setting should be below.

Very curious. I have packaged lots and lots of files (and taught to my InDesign classes) and I've never seen that happen. I can't see a setting which would cause that to happen.
