Indesign page size not the same when exporting to PDF

How big is your bleed? 

Did you add register marks?

I have the page size set to 8.5 x 11.

PDF becomes 8.27 x 11.69.

updated the page layout in InDesign to 8 x 10

I still get 8.27 x 11.69. 

 

I need the PDF size to be exactly 8.63 x 11.25.

So why isn't your page size 8.63 x 11.25???

Check the Page Tool and click on the page - what size is it?

If you resized the page outside of the Document setup or anything like that?

For example - if you use the page tool to make the Page 8x11 in size

the document setup will still say 8.63x11

No matter what you do in the Document Setup - it will stay 8x11
Until you equalise the Document setup with the Page size

Once they match

Then change the Document Setup  and it will change then

Inserting 8.63 in the document setup now changes it in the dialog for the Page size too
