Indesign PDF Images have a Box around then when they are overlaying

Hi everyone, I hope this post helps others too!
In Indesign I have images and text overlaying and when I PDF the page, the images I think flatten and they get a very thin white box around them. It only happens when I print to PDF, is there a way to get rid of these?

Hi all, I got an answer elsewhere and it worked beautifully!
Export to PDF not print to PDF...
It really was that simple

It is indeed but make sure you are using a PDF standard that does not use Acrobat 4 or you’ll wind up with the same issue.
