InDesign PDF looks white/hazy when uploaded online

Hi,

I am having some issue with InDesign when i save my file as either a PDF or JPEG, where it is looking completely fine when i save it, however, when i upload it online it appears really washed out and white/hazy. I dont really know much about indesign and can't figure out where i am going wrong. Anyone have any suggestions?
