I Publish works with "many states" in Publisher, how can I change the saving options for PDF so that after downloading pdf from Publisher I have a selected state available from among several others, is it even possible?

Microsoft Publisher?

You may have to write the folks in the Microsoft forums to get a definitive answer to your question. Those folks use MSPublisher every day, and can give you the detailed information you're looking for if it's possible.

I am using the Publish Online function form adobe InDesign and my documents are saved at https://indd.adobe.com/dashboard#

check this document, it has several states that can be changed, but after trying to download, it only shows the first one

OK, this makes a little more sense.

If we're talking about object states, I can see four as I click through the arrows showing various products. If we're talking about automating shuffling through states, like a slideshow, that would be a different multimedia process. If we're talking about starting with different states for different viewers, your sequencing creating the object states determines which state shows up and when. First state always wins. If we're talking about whether it works or not, it shows me four states:

  1. Gebo Quick
  2. Gebo Brass
  3. Gebo Super Vario
  4. Gebo Clamps

Is that your desired result? Or are you expecting something different?
