InDesign Personal Settings Lost

Hi - When I just updated to InDesign 19.3 it reset all of my settings, preferences, color swatches, etc. back to the default settings. Any idea how to get my previous settings back. I've spent years getting it adjusted to my liking. Normally it would ask if you want to carry over your previous settings and this time it did not. If it matters at all, on Mac OS Ventura 13.6.2. Thanks!
