InDesign Portfolio File Won’t Open or Download From Creative Cloud After Crash (3 Months of Work)
Hi everyone,
I’ve been working on my graphic design portfolio in Adobe InDesign for about three months, and today InDesign suddenly crashed while I was working on the file. Since then, I haven’t been able to open the file properly. When I try my work opens for two seconds and then is gone.
However, I’m having several issues:

When I try to open the file in InDesign, the application crashes/

This only happens with this specific file — other files open normally.

When I try to download the file from Creative Cloud, I get an error and the download fails.

I’ve tried opening it on multiple devices, but the same problem occurs.

I also attempted to access it through the Creative Cloud web interface, but I still cannot open or download the file.
This portfolio is extremely important because it’s for a university assignment, and I’ve put months of work into it.
