Indesign preview problem.

Hi everyone,

My Indesign is showing problems lately. (Adobe Illustrator to)

The screen is showing some buggy issues when I scroll down

or zoom in/out.

Grey shaped objects are appearing over my work and its really annoying.

Does anyone no how to solve this?
