InDesign printing booklets at wrong page size

I work at a commercial printer, we print booklets straight from InDesign all the time. This one is set up at 8.5” x 11” with 0.125” bleed. The printed booklet came out at 11.25” between crop marks with 0.125” bleed outside. I have no idea why the export to the printer came out like this, the previous file had no issues. Print to Ricoh printer with a Firey print server, page size 12x18, saddle stitch booklets.

Are you using Fiery’s Booklet function (you should be) or are you sending it via InDesign’s Print Booklet?

If the latter, was the Print Setting accidentally set to Scale to Fit?

I’m actually embarrassed, the scale to fit box was clicked and this is the issue. Thank you. I thought there was some kind of indesign bug 🤦
