Indesign problem

when I open Indesign this pops up 

Sorry, InDesign has encountered an error and needs to close.
You will not be able to use InDesign at this time. Please contact Customer Support and use the reference code 205 for more information on how to resolve this issue. how can I resolve it? The customer support not working ether.

This sounds like a registration/login issue.

You haven't told us your version of InDesign, but if you use a Creative Cloud version I would suggest you start by opeing the Creative Cloud Desktop Application and logging out, the restart your computer, re-open the desktop app and sign in again and let us know if that solved the problem.

It's alo possible your subscription expired (or the server thinks it has).
