indesign problems when working with multiple open documents at the same time

Hi all,

I have a laptop with the following characteristics:
32GB ram and NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 2080 graphics card with MAX-Q Design 8GB GDDR6

But opening two simultaneous indesign documents (whatever the file size is) gives me program slowdown issues to the point that I have to close a document to be able to work in indesign.

I have checked the settings and it seems to be all correct as it comes by default.

Does someone have any idea of what it can be? Any configuration issues for Win or Indesign? Someone who happened to you?

Thank you in advance!

Is there a document fonts folder being used? If so, rename those folders and install the fonts properly.

Works!!! Thank you very much. It took days trying to find a solution to the problem and did not find it ... I thought it would be a problem with Windows 10.

If it is not much to ask ... why was the problem giving the folders? I would like to know a why for when it happens again in the future.

Thank you very much for your help!

It is a known issue. AFAIK, Adobe is working on it but I don't have an ETA.
