Indesign Publication analytics not working

I am unable to access the Publication Analytics page within the Indesign Publish Online Dashboard.  All I see are circling blue squares.  Can someone suggest a solution to this problem?  Thanks.

Thank you for reaching out. Documents published from InDesign 19.0 onwards will no longer support integrated analytics from the dashboard. You can integrate Google Analytics for document insights. For more information, please check this article.

It's Oct 3rd, 2023, and is there any solution in site to these analytics pages not loading? I keep getting RETRY...  see below.

Hi, I was able to link my document with Google Analytics but am unsure where to now find the document insights in Google Analytics. Could you let me know where to find them please.

me too am having the same issue, just checked the publish online dashboard, i can check files but analytics is still laoding with nothing,

 

i suggest to try tomorrow!

New month and still having the same problem. Analytics is not loading on individual documents.

I posted my complaint on April 7th, 2022.  It is amazing that, even with all the complaints here and other places online, no solution is offered to solve this problem.  I have simply given up on this feature.

Hi, I would also like a resolution to this problem.  I can publish and share a document with no problem, but I can't go back and look at analytics to see if my document was viewed/clicked/etc. This hasn't worked for me in months.  I'm on a MAC and i've tried Chrome, Chrome Incognito, Firefox and Safari with no luck!

I can't speak to what you were experiencing yesterday. But as of this post, I am able to access the Publish Online dashboard. Can you access it today?

No, I am having the same problem.  I cannot access analytics.  I tried different PC, different browsers etc.  Same problem.

One thing I forgot to mention- my access to creative cloud apps including Indesign is through my employer (enterprise account).  Would this matter?

I'm still having the same issues today on an enterprise team account. I'm located in Texas just in case the outage is regional.

I still have the same problem as previously reported on April 7th.  Clearly, others are experiencing the same problem.  I would appreciate any suggestion you may have to fix this problem.  Thanks.

I'm having the same issue. I've tried multiple browsers and both a PC and a Mac. All devices never get past the loading square.
