Indesign Publish - Document not found

Trying to open a file published with Indesign Publish on desktop (any browser).

There is an error saying "document not found".

Link works for other colleagues in the office and also mobile.

No link to a published online document however works on my (and another colleagues) desktop.

What might be the problem? Checking security settings did not help.
