Indesign publish online

Hi, when I click the Indesign Publish online option nothing happens or activates, the publish online options window does not appear, can you help please?

Sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind sharing the version of OS & InDesign? Does it happen with a specific file? Have you tried restarting the machine? You may also try resetting the preferences of the app & let us know if it helps.

yes the publish online option was disabled in the InDesign preferences, working now, thanks for your help.
