InDesign - Publish Online Analytics - Not showing Past 90 days

I've been publishing InDesign documents to the Adobe Publish Online dashboard for at least 5 years now.

I can get the analytics for 7 days, 30 days, and 90 days. Anything further back I can an error saying, "something went wrong, please try again later" - I've tried later, many times, like 5 years. Nothing. I cannot get my analytics at 6 months, 1 year, and the date was published.

I thought I might dig into this as I have a little time right now.

After calling Adobe a dozen times I was able to speak to a human and tried to figure this out. after 3 techs and back-and-forth phone calls,  they said it had to do with a network error. Not on Adobe's end, or mine. "It's just something that happens, it's out of our control"

It is very frustrating going back and forth with Adobe's techs and getting nowhere.  The answer "It just happens" is even more frustrating. If anyone has any feedback I'm open to trying anything. I need the analytics to give to my clients for future ad sales and sales placements. It's sold as a feature in ID, but it doesn't work.

Hi @garritj,

We understand how frustrating it could be for you. I assume you're experiencing a similar issue reported here: https://indesign.uservoice.com/forums/601180-adobe-indesign-bugs/suggestions/35964379-publish-online-dashboard-fails-to-show-analytics.

If so, then it's a known issue, and the team is working on it.

If not, then could you please confirm if you've tried it on any other machine?

Thanks,

Harshika

My analytics WILL show 7 days, 30 days, and 90 days only. Anything beyond those does not work. I will try to access them on another machine and see if that works.
