Hi,

Can anyone help me?

I am using indesign 17.3 and have already uploaded a catalogue in poor quality, now I want to improve the quality, but I always get the error#17 even when I try to upload the catalogue as a new publication.

does anyone have an idea what this error is and how i can fix it?

Thank you very much

Hello,

Yes, it's about InDesign's Publish Online feature.

Basically, I would like to understand what the error code Error #17 means.

Under the advanced settings you can adjust the quality of the published images.

Unfortunately, I had set a bad quality for the first upload (Publish Online).

About my system:

As already written, I use the current version 17.3.

What do you mean by "poor quality"?
And what are you uploading to, for example, InDesign's Publish Online feature?

I think we need more information and also which version of InDesign and OS and how much RAM and spare hard disk capacity you have.
