InDesign Publish Online link shows on my Personal but not my Business account

My account was switched from a student (personal account) to a business account when I graduated. However, even though it uses the same email for both accounts I can no longer update my Publish Online link for my portfolio. Its important for me to be able to use the same link because we have QR codes printed already that we can't change.

Is this possible to be able to update the old link without reactivating my personal account?
