Indesign Publish Online Missing Texts Box and Logo

I'm having an issue when I publish my file online, on the last page there are missing text boxes and logos. It is a part of a master page, but all other master pages are loading fine!!! When i export into regular PDF the missing items are there, so I'm not sure what's wrong!

Would you mind confirming the version of the InDesign and OS? Is it happening with multiple files or with just one file? Try testing different browsers and see if it makes any different. Could you please share a screen recording demonstrating the workflow and the affected file with its respective Publish online file? If confidential, please share it via DM on the Community. I will check it and update.Will wait to hear from you.

It is happening with multiple files. Indesign version is v20.1. I'll send you a DM

Hi @Emma351809854xix,  

 

I have sent you a DM with an update! Since this is happening with multiple files, could you test it in the latest InDesign version and let me know if the issue persists? Also, double-check if the missing text boxes and logos are set to 'Non-Printing' in Attributes or if they are on a hidden layer. Let me know how it goes!
