InDesign Publish Online Not working - Solution

If you are randomly not able to upload anymore to Online Publishing and receiving error 14 and 18, check your account. I struggled to upload for two days and suffered through Adobe Help trying to troubleshoot my issue. 

 

I then switched accounts and was successfully able to publish my document with no problems. I used the same file, PC, network, version of InDesign, etc. What is happening to accounts?

Nothing is happening - but sometimes the 'syncing', for lack of better terminology, goes out of whack.

 

You could try
Log out online of Creative Cloud
Log out of the Creative Cloud Desktop App
In InDesign go to Help> and make sure you're NOT signed in.

reboot
Login to CC online
Login to CC Desktop App
Open Indesign and check that you're logged in under Help>
