Indesign Publishing - sounds from videos playing chaotically

Hello guys!

We now have a persistent problem with online publishing files. Let's say we have several videos with sound included in the presentation. When I open the link online, doesn't matter the browser, the sound from videos starts playing all over the place. When I get to the page with the particular video it works fine, but then the moment I move to the next one sounds are playing again. We have had this problem for months now and tried to fix it in many ways, but nothing works. We put the tick under "play the video on the page upload". Does anyone have this? How do we fix it?

Hello, no it's not the same issue, my videos are playing fine. the problem is that when I'm let's say on page 3 I can hear the sound of the video from page 10. they kind of like playing on the background unless I'm watching a particular video
