InDesign Quits on opening after upgrading to latest version

My InDesign quits on opening since upgrading to the latest version. I installed again which worked fine but after closing and opening again it starts quitting again - any ideas?

What operating system? Full build number.

On the off chance it's Ventura make sure it's updated to 13.6. Earlier versions had big issues.

Its running Ventura 13.0 - that could be the problem?
