Indesign Review: get stuck on "Opening the document"

Hello,

since friday we have massive problems with the indesign review function.

 

Shortly after uploading the documents, the review links work, if you reload the page shortly afterwards or open an uploaded review that is several minutes old, it no longer opens.

 

It keeps getting stuck on "Opening the document".

 

We currently use 18.2.1 as the Indesign version.

For Windows it is version 10.0.19044

 

Tried on multiple devices in multiple locations, with multiple up-to-date browsers regardless of whether you clear the cache or work in the incognito window.

 

However, it seems that many hours or days later the link works again without updating.

What can cause this problem? This is not a good way to use Indesign Review.

 

I am happy about ideas and solutions to problems.

  • Would you mind telling us if it's happening with all files or with a specific file?
  • Is it possible for you to share the packaged InDesign with me so that we can check on our end?
