InDesign / Right click

I used to be able to right click when working on Indesign. Since I got my new mac and reinstal the program I can't do it anymore.

Before I would be able to select and object in the file I was working on, right click then select whaterver I wanted (lock, show in finder, etc).

That is a system preference in you Mac.
