InDesign screen goes red sometimes.

I am working in InDesign 17.3 and I will be scrolling through some pages and part of the screen will go red. Like a red blob across the page and if I go to another page and go back it will be gone. I can not be my computer as the same problem happens with another computer we are using. Attached is a picture of what is looks like.
