InDesign Server Renewal done need guidance to retain old version

All,

We just renewed our InDesign Server license.

So far we are using 2019. But we need to retain the same till the new version got tested.

There were no serial no. provided. Only package have been created by us.

Could someone advise me, How to retain 2019, since its live in production.
