InDesign Server Windows service

Hi,

We are currently using InDesign Server (CC 2018, Windows Server 2016) on several instances. For now, we launch each instance manually. We would like to run each instance using the InDesign Server Windows service but the tech guy that has installed the Windows service is unable to launch more than one instance.

Any idea?
