InDesign Share for Review

Can anyone help.. I have just started to use Share for Review and am trying to roll this out to my team to use.

However, when I 'Update Link' it all updates fine (no endless spinning blue wheel), but the original link that was emailed to my colleagues no longer works and they can't access it, not even with me sharing (copy and paste) the link from InDesign, they get this on their web page:

Is anyone else having this issue or know how to fix this?

    Okay, so a slight update: the person couldn't access the link because even though I have added them and they get the initial invite when I 'Update Link' it removes them from my share list. 

    Any ideas as to why this is happening?
